04 / Equipment

Equipment rental

Rental duration, size range, gear type and pickup point, published before you pack.

Rental duration
Half day (4 hours), full day, or a 3 to 7 day block that matches your stay. Ski and snowboard sets are charged per calendar day, counted from the morning you collect them. Late return is billed as one extra day.
Size range
Alpine skis 120 to 180 cm, snowboards 138 to 162 cm, boots EU 35 to 48, helmets 52 to 62 cm. Junior sets start at age 5. Give height, weight and street-shoe size when you request the package and the desk pre-sets the bindings.
Gear type
Alpine ski set, snowboard set, backcountry kit, helmet and goggles, plus soft-shell layering. Avalanche kit with transceiver, shovel and probe is released only with a guided booking, never as a standalone hire.
Pickup point
Rental desks in Bukovel, Dragobrat and Slavske, with partner depots in Tatariv and Polyanytsia. Depot-to-lodging delivery is arranged by the same coordinator who handles the transfer.
Deposit
Refundable deposit per item, settled at pickup in UAH: 1,500 for an alpine set, 1,200 for a snowboard set, 500 for a helmet and goggles pair. Card pre-authorisation is accepted at all desks.

Fitted gear is subject to availability on your dates, especially in the second half of January and during school holidays. Deposits and any damage terms are confirmed at pickup. Read the full rental terms or tell us your sizes in the package request form.

05 / Transfers

    Vehicle: 8-seat minibus. Driver waits at arrivals with a name board.

  2. 07:20

    Lviv ring road, M06 exit toward Stryi

    Vehicle: 8-seat minibus. Luggage secured, ski bags strapped separately.

  3. 10:05

    Yaremche, H09 roadside stop

    Vehicle: 8-seat minibus. Thirty-minute break with hot food and restrooms.

  4. 11:35

    Polyanytsia village, Bukovel lower gate

    Vehicle: 4x4 van for the final ascent, chains fitted in snow.

  5. 12:10

    Bukovel, partner lodging reception

    Check-in desk, room keys and ski pass pickup. No further vehicle required.

Transfers are coordinated with third-party licensed and insured carriers. Times are estimates and move with road and weather conditions. Pickup windows are confirmed in writing before departure. Questions about a leg of the route: contact details.
