Every Carpathian ski holiday package we sell lists the accommodation property, the equipment rental operator and the licensed, insured ground carrier by name. We do not swap a named provider for an unnamed equivalent, and any change is confirmed in writing before departure.

What we can promise, what depends on the weather, and what sits with our carriers.
Snow depth and open-lift figures are published exactly as the resort reported them on the date of your request. Natural snowfall, groomed piste quality and lift operation are never guaranteed, and weather alone does not trigger a refund.
Equipment rental is subject to availability at the pickup point. Deposit amounts are published per item, and a size or model is held only once the deposit is confirmed. Late arrivals may be offered an equivalent item instead.
Transfers are coordinated with licensed and insured third-party carriers. The times we quote are realistic estimates for normal road and check-in conditions, not fixed commitments; snow, traffic and border queues can extend them.
Every displayed total is in UAH and already includes mandatory fees. Anything excluded is named line by line in the package ledger, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay.
We list Carpathian resorts inside Ukraine and outside government travel-advisory areas only. Resort matching is based on ability level, transfer time and lodging type, never on guaranteed conditions.
