As far as Ukrainian law allows, brevillia.com is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, force majeure, border closures, strikes or supplier insolvency. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent courts of Ukraine.
